I'm still at the hospital. They did a repeat EGD where they put a camera down my throat and into my stomach and look around. They have reconfirmed the gastroparesis. They are planning to change some meds around. I am up to my 5th bag of fluids to top me up. The 6th one will be started shortly. I am starting to feel a bit more human. Started my morning off with an exam. I passed it but it won't qualify as a high score in my academic career ( Read more... ) -
another week done
Another week done and no real improvement. I haven't lost too much this week- only 0.5#. I am unable to keep any solid food down even with using all three meds. I am not able to keep much liquid down - just some weak tea. Maybe next week will be better ( Read more... ) -

So after posting that I was borderline depressed I figured out that I was clearly not the only one upset in my class. Unfortunately Tim decided to do something more permanent.
There will be no funeral in Georgia. No clue if there will be one in Virginia where he was from. Doesn't matter - I've still got class. -
not feeling my best
I am not feeling well. I'm borderline depressed. I am not enjoying school. I am afraid of Wednesday's test. I just want to crawl in my room, pick up a [non-school] book and ignore the world.
