How did I miss this?

The creator of Dungeons and Dragons is dead! Died March 6th. Did anybody here play the game? I did but was usually the Dungeonmaster.

When I heard that the creator died, I immediately thought of Irving Pulling, a former high school classmate who used play D&D. He committed suicide and his mother, Patricia, blamed the game. It was very sad because he was obviously quite disturbed but also very bright. I took French with him.

I never played the game because I suck at games. Ask your wife. How long were you a dungeon-master?

I started out just playing the game and I ended up taking on the part of writing the adventures. I'm not sure how long but I started in 7th grade and stopped sometime in High School.
