I'd like to befriend you, 'cause I love your comments in that blog and I'm interested to find english-spoken friends who interested in Russia. Some russian bloggers love to depict americans as blood-sucking savages. This is because of Kremlin propaganda. Actually bloggers from Russia never ever talked to americans, inspite many russians fond to lie about chatting with americans somewhere but not in LJ.
I've have some idea to organize something like "meeting on Elba #2"
I'm 51, have lived in Brooklyn, NY for 13 years. Originally from Russia, as you probably guessed already. Enjoy russian and american politics. Very hated in LJ by users, who're Putin's sicophants. (There are lot of them in russian LJ)
