Bad weather in Elyria

I'm glad I wasn't home last night! Scary. Except if I was home last night, we wouldn't have to deal with the ice that's going on today. I'm glad the weather is so nice on the day I'm leaving. Ack.

So if I were to make dinner next Friday (specifically Spicy Shrimp and Bok Choy Noodle Bowl) who would want to join in? I'm mostly asking because I want to make it at Jeri's since it requires more than my minimal cooking supplies here. Valentine's Snow Day was pretty good. Except for the moment when I cut my finger when I was chopping baby carrots for stir fry. Oops. Mostly it just knicked the top of my finger and my fingernail.
