Leroy (the maintenance guy) came by to check on stuff that i had said was broken on my "room condition" sheet (which i didn't get when i moved in. stoopid.) anywho, you might remember that my toilet liked to fill the tank periodically (obviously because the water was leaking out from somewhere). Leroy took a look at it, and replaced the flapper
