Wake up call....
So yeah, this morning I was awakened by my neighbors. They tend to do that, unfortunately. I was having an odd dream and then I started hearing this thumping noise above me. Riiiight. I live on the second floor, so I don't have to deal with hearing my neighbors shuffle around all the time. I try to walk softly, but even when I walk carefully I can hear my steps echoing in the floor.
Anyway, the worst I deal with is the baby next door screams often... It doesn't just cry, it screams. It's usually around the same time that they start fighting and yelling... and it's not in either english or spanish, it sounds almost like.. russian.. lol
Oh, and the cops come at least once a week, and they're not quiet. I'm right next to the parking lot, and I can hear them talking, the radio chatter, and that's only the times when they DON't come in with sirens blaring. Then the helicopter comes 'round. lol
Anyway, it's all a part of apartment living. I know why people rent houses now :P
