So Ant and I made an offer on a fixer upper house and they acceppted!!! Now the question is when will we finally go into escrow? Suppossedly, from the terms we're suppose to close May 2nd, but we don't even have a purchase contract. Which in turn makes it hard to lock in a rate. I really hope this all works out. I feel that we really need this

That's awesome!!!! Buying your first house is a wonderful thing. The process of buying it sucks, but it's worth it when it's all said and done. Good luck!
