Twitch is becoming a handy timer for "How long have I been upright/working?" I don't remember to turn it off at the end, but I turn it on when I get started and I touch and affect it every so often. How long do I stay "working at my desk"? As long as I keep touching the Twitch stream. I have permission after 4 hours to leave and do something else.

It's embarassing that a 20-year-old song, Linkin Park - Lost, is the top-played song on alternative radio at Audacy. I understand that the song had a re-release, commemorating Chester or something. I understand that Meteora is a strong album, and deserves the attention!
