maybe it's a generational thing, but i don't understand why my high school sister stays signed on with an away message while she's away at school. i KNOW that she doesn't have older friends or friends in different time zones that won't also be at school while she's there. it just seems kind of pointless if you ask me.

does anyone think it's odd that president bush is saying that he's going to give immediate aid to the hurricane victims a week and a half after it happened?
