I did a 6 mile run at a time of 44:45. This beat my old best time by like 30 seconds. Not bad but I was doing 7 minute miles until I hit the 5 mile mark and then I totally lost my spark and slowed down a bunch. I need to figure out how I can keep up a 7 mile pace for 7 miles and not 5. I still have time to train more. I will ask the team trainer
