Okay. So, back in the day, I was going to start posting recipes once a week. This didn't unfortunately last long, in part because I didn't get a lot of feedback (this is not a guilt trip, I swear to god it isn't) and therefore the effort didn't seem worth it. I look forward to it! I still make the roasted mushroom and tofu pasta salad you posted.

Maybe the reason people don't provide feedback is because they don't have anything to say until they've made it, and by the time they make it, it's three months later? That would be my reason.

That is in fact the World's Greatest Pasta Salad. Mmm.
