I modified this from a couple of recipes and a couple of ‘hints’ I found in different places. I think it’s approaching Popeye’s territory myself.

This is courtesy of the cooking channel, and it's one of the best dishes I've discovered in a long time!! Wow! Easy and what a punch of flavor. Ready in less than 30 minutes! Unfortunately it doesn't really have a name that means anything. It's called 'no-butter chicken'. I have no idea what that means and it doesn't describe this dish in the least ( Read more... ) -
