Tonight I'm not even bothering recapping the AI top ten. After last week, frankly I wasn't going to watch. But I forgot to cancel the season pass on my tivo, and had nothing to do (again) tonight, so I watched. On the way home from work tonight, my beautiful new iPod shuffle treated me to some tunes that made me smirk. I really am fine, and to say these songs apply to how I'm feeling would WAY overdramatize, but still. I laughed. And sang along.

I have strep throat. It really sucks. I woke up today in lots of pain, but could still talk. Despite getting a diagnosis from a doctor, and some prescriptions, I have now lost my voice. What a terrible way to spend my "weekend." My drugs only let me relax for about 4 hours, then I wake up in more pain than before i took them. It's a horrible ( Read more... )
