im on vacation!

two weeks paid!
it started on the 3rd and now that i actually have time away from work, im going to try to post more!
to kick it off (and to sort of ease into it slowly) im going to describe each day of my vacation with three words.

Veselka - for fine Eastern Bloc nosh and desserts! Baked Choco Custard and Individual Apple Pie are amazing... Provided you can get a table
Momofuku - tasty ramen but also get their pork buns (a must)
R.U.B. - delicious BBQ offerings, their baked beans were the best I've had anywhere
