A guy in class said it in response to something I said, and then again in response to something someone else said, and then a third time in response to what I said again. I found him very annoying, and he is not invited to hang out with us after class at Emma's (for pizza and beer). That is pretty much it, but if I were telling it to you in person I would be much more dramatic in my description of the events.

This really annoying girl at my work WHO TALKS WAY TOOO MUCH once used that phrase (the first time I heard it) but since it came from her I hate it too!!
