Nice room Flint, you kind of got my hopes up and made me think that the second guitar was a real guitar. Also I'd recommend getting a bike for going to work, jogging is good, but it's a high impact activity that over time will do ridiculous damage to your knees and ankles. The bike will be faster, lesser impact, and if you want to you can take a more scenic route in the same amount of time that it takes you to get to work now. As soon as weather starts to get decent up here I'm taking my bike to work as often as I can, and it's a 20km one way trip that's going to be starting at 4am, as opposed to waking up at 4am.
