Today's adventure: an injection into my spinal column. This was done to treat the herniated disc between my L4 and L5 vertebra. The steroids are to take out the inflammation that is pressing on the nerve canal. We won't know if it works for 2-4 days, but the Doc also shot in some anesthetic, which gave me a couple of hours of pretty blessed ( Read more... )
