grateful for this holiday season

dr appointment update
so I saw Dr Park, we discussed kidney stones, where they come from, what to do to prevent them, and how lucky I am to have passed it so quickly. I learned about hydration, dehydration and the evils of colas, coffees and caffeine - though I still think they're all great! I spent the better half of yesterday morning in ER with an undescribably horriffic pain that made me think my pancreas was exploding. Nothing I did made it feel better or relieve any of the pain - and I actually wondered if I just wasn't constipated or something. RWCC Concert & Stuff
We had our concert last night and it was full of love and emotion. I had said a prayer to my Spirit Guides before walking on stage that they use my voice and I as a vessel to send the messages of the songs through to the audience and that I wanted to specially dedicate the songs to some loved ones who have passed on. RIP Aunt Betty
This past weekend my sister was up from Florida. Her Aunt Betty was diagnosed with lung cancer over the summer and just lost her battle with/to it. My memories of her include laughter and love - I always remember that when I saw her or Chris Ann took me to visit her that she was laughing and smiling, along with being very feisty :) I feel like ( Read more... ) -
