[When Polka starts calling out, Foot sleepily emerges from under the couch in the living room. She's been sleeping through the storm, and never noticed anything odd going on. But now that she's awake, she cna sense the sudden...emptiness in the house.

Making a distressed chirp, she pads over to Polka, gently rubbing up against the girl before settling in.]

Where are they? I did not hear them leave.

[ Polka smiles weakly, because she can't be depressed around a cute fluffy kitty. She sits on the floor instead - obviously lonely if she agreed for Rena to come and visit - and absently pets Foot while she answers. ]

I think... they were sent back home. The Malnosso must have done it.

[Foot will carefully climb up in Polka's lap, gently bumping her chin with the top of her own head before curling up in a neat little ball. She starts up a quiet, steady purring in an effort to be comforting]

You will miss them. Is it good that they went home?

I think so... Frederic has so much to live for now, and he can share his music with the world he loved so much. And Viola.. she had her goats to look after.
