TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- No payment equals no order
- Full payment has to be in before you submit your order form
- Please double check your order form before submitting
- Please post your order form in ONE comment only
- Once items are sold, no exchanges/refunds
- Have to stress on no refunds will be made unless your item(s) are OOS
- My agent will only send me the whole list of OOS item (if any) when items has reach Singapore
- Updates will be done via mass emails only
- Items will take about 2-3 weeks to reach Singapore & another 1 week to reach you (In case of unexpected delays)
- If you do not collect your items within 1 month dated from the LAST mass email, Your item(s) will be confiscated
- Once your item(s) are confiscated, I reserve the rights to re-sell it away.
- Once you've joined my Preorder, I'll take it as you had read everything / understood everything written on this page
- This Preorder consist of only one time payment
- All items are included of shipping fees, handling fees
HOW TO ORDER?
Step 1: Make full and correct payment to my bank account which can be found below
Step 2: Post a new comment of your order form according to my order form at my spree page
Step 3: I'll then reply your comment and verify your payment within 48 hours
Step 4: Your name & orders will then be posted under the CONFIRMED ORDERS list
Step 5: Your orders are in!

DISTRIBUTIONS AVAILABLE
- Parcels are being delivered by SINGPOST
- I highly recommend you to either opt for registered postage / self collection / home delivery to prevent your parcels from missing. Registered postage can be tracked via SINGPOST website. I will not held responsible for ANY lost normal postage parcels. Normal postage parcels is not 100% safe.
NORMAL POSTAGE
1st Pair - SGD$2 (2nd item onwards , SGD$1 for each pair)
Takes 3-5 working days for your items to reach you.

REGISTERED POSTAGE
(Included of normal postage fees already)

If no one is around when parcel is being delivered to your house, you will find a collection slip of paper usually found at your doorstep and you can arrange for your parcel to be delivered to your house again. More information can be found on that slip of paper. Alternatively, you can also self collect your parcel at the post office specified on the slip of paper as well.

SMARTPAC
Best option for customers opting more than 2 items!
A flat rate of SGD$4.20 (Max.weight of 3kgs!)
Once items are shipped out, items will be delivered to you within the next working day!
(Please note that Sundays/Public Holidays are not considered as working days)
If no one is at home to collection, parcel will be deposited into recipient's letterbox during the first delivery attempt to doorstep. When delivered to letterbox, postman's signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery. Retrieval of a duplicate copy of the signed delivery note is available upon request at $2.

We provide home delivery too!

DETAILS YOU'LL NEED / WANT TO KNOW
Please spare yourself a few minutes to read all the information.
TOMS shoes are imported from TOMS's factory which means they are authentic.
My agent collect stocks from various warehouse in Argentina, China and Ethiopia at the moment.
There is no 3rd party involved, just between my agent and i.
TOMS shoes are cheaper if you order from factory as they are all rejected lots.
There might be some printing error inside the shoe however all TOMS shoes are brand new.
There are TOMS tag at the side of the shoe and at the back of the shoe.
Because they might have some printing error inside the shoe,
they are unable to be put on sale in stores + they manufacture in bulk.
Therefore, they are let off as a cheaper price.
Shoes will not include any shoebox as i was told by my agent they are currently cutting cost.
Therefore, it is pack inside a zip lock bag. TOMS shoes also comes with a tag.
Lastly, for every TOMS shoes you purchase,
the factory that i am taking in the shoes will give a pair to a child in need.

HOW TO KNOW WHETHER THEY ARE AUTHENTIC
The photos below does not belongs to me, they are taken from original TOMS facebook.
Some TOMS shoes are printed "For every pair you purchased, TOMS will give a pair of shoes to a child in need"
However, some TOMS shoes are printed " With every pair you purchased, TOMS will give a pair of shoes to a child in need. One for one"
For both of these 'sentences' they are originally manufactured by TOMS.
I bought 3 pairs from BATCH #1 and they are very comfortable and no blisters!
I worn mine out for more than 24 hours and no signs of ache.
I had already explained myself very clearly about the authenticity so please only join if you're comfortable!
