mom is in the hospital, won't be reachable by anything but cell phone til further notice.

my car came home from the paint shop today and it looks fab! i wish i had a way to post a pic here, but i cn't cuz i'm not that technologically advanced. the car was originally teal and the paint was chipping off the hood from being baked by sun/engine heat. now its this electric blue color with metal glittery flecks. it looks so good! plus the ( Read more... )

poor bubba was put to sleep yesterday because he had a stroke that paralyzed him. he was a good rat, a member of the family for his three long years. he was allowed on the table while we ate dinner and helped himself to food off all our plates, he spent most of his nights on chrissy's pillow, he loved nothing more than to perch on a shoulder and ( Read more... )

i had to call in sick today because of a migraine, and i just found out that my grandmother gets them too, so its almost definitely migraines that i'm getting. my parents are taking me to the doctor tomorrow i think.

my parents bought their new car today, a cute little chevy aveo, so the corolla is officially mine! yay! i now have my own car that will definitely be coming back to fort myers with me.

bubba has spinal and neurological damage from one of his many falls off my sister's bed and there is swelling in his spine that is causing him to lose mobility. the vet gave him a shot to reduce the swelling, and depending on how he does today will tell if he can recover. they are going back to the vet tomorrow.

i passed my driving test a few days ago, and still haven't had to chance to drive myself anywhere yet because someone else always seems to want to go somewhere with me! tomorrow will be my first day driving alone. i'll have to take my sister to get her paycheck, then to the bank, then to target, then to work. all by myself. it'll be so weird!
