Hey babes, I'm trying to get my shade figured out for the Sofina Raycious liquid foundation. I'm a Shu Velvet Perfect powder fdn 774, Water Perfect liquid fdn 764, RMK Creamy Liquid 103, Estee Lauder Ideal Matte 23 and a rough MAC NC25-30. What would be my shade ( Read more... )

I use okuru (ochre) 15 for sofina liquid foundation (perfect match) and I'm also use 103 for rmk (teeny bit too light)

Maybe you could try okuru 15? The sofina liquid foundation is quite sheer so there should be more wiggle room

For reference I'm 30 Cendre in Chanel, KP 103 & MAC NC 30

I think we're about the same, you're probably a tad more tan than me. What's the difference between okuru & ochre?

okuru is just the japanese word for ochre =)

i'm about the same foundation shades and i use 13 neutral (i think thta's ochre?) for the liquid and 15 neutral for the powder...

don't know why there's a difference either :P but SA recommended 15 neutral for a "not so pale" look. 13 neutral was suggested by another SA but we sorta had problems communicating so i just took whatever she said would suit.

on the face, i can't tell the diff b/w both :P

i'm rmk 102 n i use okuru 13 for the liquid fdn.

i'm using this for about a year now. still ok. i can't compare cos I haven't use their new formula yet but I do like it. coverage wise its pretty good

i'm using sofina ochre 15, and i'm exactly the same - EL 23, but MAC30, RMK 103. might wanna give it a shot, 13's a breath too pale for my liking now. I am using flat polish, not too bad! although everything slides off me - if uv got eyelid primer recs tell me!

Ochre's neutral right? I knew I could count on you for foundation shades, we're always the same! You mean stuff still slide off you with flat polish on? I really like MAC Bare Canvas Paint as an eyelid primer, but I hardly use it now cuz I've been too darn lazy to apply eye makeup! I like Smashbox Primer as well :)
