Well sometimes it's best to avoid someone altogether. I have a problem with dealing with egotistical people, or people that try to correct everyone's flaws, yet have a lot of flaws themselves. Well, I didn't get a commission slot for a fursuit from Mixedcandy again. They open up again in December... Meaning they had quite a few slots, if I am not mistaken.
