About two years ago some kids stole a car and drove around in a joyous manner until they wrapped themselves around a lamp post while trying to escape 'The Fuzz'.

To commemorate this tragedy, there is a four foot spliff crafted from flowers dangling from the lamp post that sealed their fate.
