How bad is it when one of those magnetic badge deals that you need to beep open electronic locks at one's office winds up accidentally going through the laundry? Am I gonna have to wrangle a new one?

No telling. Give it a go and see what happens.

I dunno. At school our cards had a teenytiny copper filament embedded in them that activated the sensor, rather than a magnetic strip, which broke if you looked at it funny so your ID wouldn't let you in the dorm. I think the magnetic ones should probably be okay unless you stonewash your laundry regularly.

I'm going to guess that you'll be just fine. Unless your washing machine is made of magnets.

How else are you supposed to remove all that invisible moon dust?!

It should be fine. I've washed and dried mine a few times, but it could depend on the card.

I've done that once or twice. You should be okay.
