After two weeks of sleeplessness and panic I am back on my medicine. I really dislike the idea of having sort of a crutch but I like even less the racing heart, the sleepless nights, the panic and the sadness. An depressed/anxious person's worst nightmare. It combines two things I hate: a) decisions and b)uncontrolled variables.

Sooo.... I am headed to zee mountains for the weekend with my family. I am looking forward to it. It will be a semi-relaxing weeken of insulating my parent's cabin/future place of retirement and some possible hiking.
