Last night was a lot of fun. We went out to dinner, then to a comedy show starting Mike Burbiglia. After that we went to a bar and as it was getting closer to midnight, we walked down to the Space Needle. We watched the fireworks and then hit a couple more bars before going home. This week is another 3-day work week for me. Last week we had Thanksgiving and this week we had two snow days. It was a nice two day break in the middle of the week. I used that time to rest and get better. I cannot stay healthy this year. I got effing sick again! I am not too thrilled about it either. Today is day 2 in the stay home from work and be sick game. I made an attempt to go to work today but was coughing so much on the way to work, I worried about how long I could stay at work. I think I hate grading. I got so behind this week. I had so freaking much to do. I need to work on spending a bit more time on my work that I bring home. Tomorrow marks the beginning of my second week of school with students. The first weekend went pretty well. There were many issues with kids'  schedules but other then that, things were good.
