Do I have to post it if I believe in gay rights but don't agree with the statement? Because I know that people wouldn't run screaming from two guys walking down the street holding hands, like they would if the two guys were holding guns.

but I don't think you should take that sentecnce literally. but guns are kind of accepted and almost normal, but most people still don't accept gay people

Yeah, I know. Strange wording, but they are kind of right - people are likely to think that two guys holding hands are weird, sick and maybe even dangerous because you might catch Teh Gayh.
