I had a lot of fun at the Nine Inch Nails/Jane's Addiction concert last night. I wavered on going because we had plans for something else, but I realized that I would regret it if I didn't see a couple of my favorite childhood bands. It was quite the middle aged crowd. All around me were old people dressed in regular non-goth attire who were here

Wow, that sounds really fun! Paul and I dug out Jane's Addiction a few months ago. I had a recorded tape in jr. high with Nothing's shocking one one side and pretty hate machine on the other .I sooo would have gone to that show with you!

I wish NIN had played more songs from Pretty Hate Machine, which was my favorite. I forgot what a great album Nothing's Shocking was. If they make a stop in Portland, you should go!
