“Daddy, you ever dream you can fly?”

“Huh?”

Junior’s question surprised Ennis and he looked across the trailer at her curiously.

She smiled back at him and explained, “I had a dream last night where I was flyin’. I get ‘em sometimes. What d’you s’pose they mean?”

He shrugged and mused, “Hmm, guess it prob’ly means ya wanna do somethin
