Well, it's almost September. When I started working out and eating better in June, I decided that I wouldn't weigh myself until September, because I wanted to see the overall weight loss, not the day to day ups and downs. Soooo, the time is drawing near. Now, do I wait until the end of September, to give myself a little more time? Or do I do it ( Read more... )

When I was actively trying to lose weight, I weighed myself once a week. That way, I could find out if I was making progress, and if I wasn't, adjust my routine to compensate.

But what if you weigh yourself and find that you weigh exactly the same? Won't you feel like you wasted all that time? Hahahahahahahhahaa

no, I'll figure I gained muscle and lost fat, which is probably true. I'm mostly going on what I see in the mirror, and in how my pants fit. Other than that, I'm interested in seeing what the scale says.
