$60 vs $40 a night. These prices are only good for all 3 nights, so trying the cheaper place for Fri-Sat and then deciding what to do about Monday would end up costing me more

You get what you pay for. Do you need a fridge or can you get by with a cooler and having to ice a cooler at least once or twice a day. A microwave is very convenient and you could save money on meals and know what you are getting is food you can eat. Breakfast would be better if you don't have the resources (microwave/fridge) to make it yourself. Internet can be important only if you plan to spend time besides sleeping in the room otherwise can you get by without it or deal with less than optimal?
The difference is over $65 including taxesr I'm leaning toward the cheaper place.. there's a Wawa right nearby and a full grocery story if I ever get to it before it closes. And an Arby's. The event is long, so I won't be spending much time in the hotel. And it's rated "good". I might bring an air mattress just in case the bed is too soft/hard for me. The hotel should have an ice machine, and I'd need a cooler AT the event. A fridge/microwave would be nice, but not $65 nice. Half that, maybe. But $65 is almost a tank of gas!
Crud. The NS Queen rooms are gone. Grabbed a double for $15 total more. It's still a good chunk cheaper then the Best Western and worth hitting the Wawa for OJ in the morning if I don't like the cheap junk that the Super 8 has.
