Mom gave me a new treat. It's really good and very fishy. And best of all she won't share any with Shadow. It's ALL for ME. Dad seems happy about it too. He said that now he doesn't have to go to Petsmart and get "hare-ball form-you-la" cat food.

Mom is evil. Yesterday she wrapped me in a towel. I heard her joking with Dad about "kitty burrito." Then she trimmed my claws. It was horrible. But it got worse. She glued these little blue plastic caps over each of my claws. How I am supposed to destroy the furniture now? I can't even scratch her for her insolence. I must find some way ( Read more... )

I don't know where she was, but mom came home. Dad won't let me climb on her while she's sleeping and I don't understand why. She hasn't given me any treats yet, but she did share some of her lunch with me.

Mom is back. She is home again now and spending time with me like she should instead of going away every day. I have resumed my rightful place in her lap. Dad brought home this really weird thing that I can climb on. I haven't decided yet if I like it or not. But he does keep putting kitty treats on it for me, so that's a plus.

Mom isn't around as much. She leaves the house and stays gone for hours. She's not at her computer where I can snuggle in her arms and bite her hands while she types. She's not on the couch where I can walk on her bladder. She's not in the kitchen where she can give me treats.

Yesterday Dad made a can of soup and it smelled really good. He put the empty can in the recycle bin and then yelled at me when I tried to eat from it. Then he went out and Mom was on her computer so I managed to sneak some soup from the can. Mom came out and noticed that I had soup on my cheeks from where I had stuck my head in the can.
