watching SH again
i watched more of the 1954 Sherlock Holmes tv series with Ronald Howard last night. i love that series to bits; it always makes me laugh. Watson is a wonderful butt-monkey without falling victim to Stupid Watson Syndrome, but somehow he is in permanent disbelief about everything. and, of course, Lestrade is an arrogant prick, maybe even too much ( Read more... ) -

does having a pair of X chromosomes subject one to a mental disease that some are immune to? i ask because i hate it when i have to spend time with women. even worse when the fucking Bachelorette is on. god, what an awful show...

Douglas Fairbanks all up on YouTube. i watched Robin Hood last night, i'm watching The Mark of Zorro now.
silent movies are so cool! the acting may be outrageous, but it's charming in a way. and the weirdest stuff happens sometimes.

oh, wow. i've got so many more posts on my newsfeed already...
okay. remember the silent Robin Hood i watched last night? well there's a part in it where Robin kills Guy of Gisbourne by pulling his throat to one side of a pillar and his leg to the other. he basically breaks his spine. it was amazing. incidentally, if silent movies are anything to go by, all villains are rapists.
