i dont feel well again this morning. i hate mornings. i hate waking up and having to start all over.

i have a meeting with my counselor today. i need to remember to tell him about my issues with mornings.

im not really sure whats wrong, but i just dont feel right.

after i got home today, all i felt like doing was lying in bed and being alone. and thats what ive been doing. lying in bed watching greys anatomy (which btw im totally obsessed with now...way to go, me). i just feel....blue. i guess thats how ill describe it. i feel like crying but ( Read more... )
