Frank, i'm really sorry i'm being so lame about getting you your booklet. I've been so incredibly busy lately...I can try to get it to you this week.

If you wanted, I could drop the booklet by your house or mailbox even if you're not there just so you have it...I drive past your driveway almost everyday.

just give me the details of your mailbox and if that's okay if you want, or we can try to find a time when our schedules match. ha.

You could drop it at the house (I could give you your guitar thingy too) any day after 4:30, or put it in the mailbox (24790) but if you put it in before the mail carrier arrives that could be a problem. (Oh, and the cd's too, OK?)

Yeah, I'm down about 50 pounds from my heaviest a little while back. Still got a ways to go though!
