Thank God! I am SO PROUD of my town and state after this weekend! Things kicked off Thursday night, when Thacker Mountain Radio broadcasted from the Square, and EVERYONE was all over town rubber-necking. It really is a great thing for the town and the school. Everyone got to have all the good stuff about Oxford all in one go! That never happens. And I think those of us who have been here awhile and sometimes become discouraged finally got a real moment of pride to brag about. Yay!
