Same kind of thing I've experienced in my last few years of job-searching--employers have little to no respect for job-seekers. At least give me a goddamned "No job for you!" email, or something.

Yeah, it would certainly be nice to get SOMETHING. But, when they have people lined up to work for them, who has time for that?!?! ::grr::
