I am happy to announce that Ryan and I put down an offer on the house today that will soon be our home. :D

Housing costs may be down, but loans are almost impossible to get--difficult even for folks with great credit--and property's not even a guaranteed investment anymore...

ALSO re: cabinets.. uh, you don't want to stain them a DARKER color than your floor.. which they currently match.
