I know a lot of you have traveled around a bit, so I have a question. How much do you typical pack for your trip? As many outfits as there are days or less? I was thinking of about 9-10 shirts for 18 days, but I feel like that's a lot? And I was going to take two sweaters, a light jacket, 2 pajama bottoms and undergarments for 9-10 days. Pants aren

You make a good point. I think I might pack more shirts, just to be safe, but keep the pants to three (because that's all I will really wear). I don't really want to buy any clothes there unless I actually have to, but I hope it doesn't come to that.

Do you normally take one or two bags? I am taking a small suitcase w/ rollers and a duffel bag as my carry on. I want to take a backpack, but I need extra room for my sleeping bag and in case I bring back any unexpected souvenirs.

Thanks. I hope the hostel I end up picking isn't too bad. I don't know what to expect because I've never stayed in one. The reviews aren't positive, but then again what hostel gets positive reviews?

Yeah, I found a hostel for the first night and staying elsewhere the second. I am going to make another reservation for the third night, but I don't know about the rest. I want to keep an open mind and hopefully venture off. I don't want to be obligated to stay in the city because I booked for the full 12 days I will be there. I just want a hostel that has clean sheets and lockers to put my stuff in. I'm not too picky.
