I am still alive. I've been in Cairns for the last 3 months. I thought I'd be living in Sydney but my plans changed. Melbourne next, hopefully.

I've put off going to the DMV everyday this week. I finally went this afternoon, but got so frustrated being there that I just went home. I am waking up early tomorrow, so that I can be there by the time it opens and I hope I won't have to wait as long. The employees there seem so miserable and their demeanor shows it.

I will give an update and post pics when I get home on Monday, maybe Tuesday. I am currently in Auckland. It's very different than what I expected: quiet!

I want to give a real update before I leave, but I just haven't had the time. I've been busy procrastinating. Hehe. I should have everything done by tomorrow, so hopefully Tuesday I can have an update with actual details. I know a lot of you have traveled around a bit, so I have a question. How much do you typical pack for your trip? As many outfits as there are days or less? I was thinking of about 9-10 shirts for 18 days, but I feel like that's a lot? And I was going to take two sweaters, a light jacket, 2 pajama bottoms and undergarments for 9-10 days. I've been getting so much spam from spam bots that I've failed to notice that actual people have added me. Welcome, and sorry for the delay.

I don't know why but I would like to see the Grand Canyon this year, maybe even during the summer. I want to see something monumental, yet inspiring.

I like that I am starting to feel crazy (the good type of crazy) and spontaneous again. How I have missed this part of me.

I am going to Australia and New Zealand in 3 weeks!
