I made "Millionaire's Shortbread".  In fact, a double batch since I have some social events to go to over the next few days.  It consists of a shortbread base, a layer of caramel and then a layer of chocolate.  My ratios were off by a little, so over the course of this baking adventure I was forced to consume an apple dipped in caramel, and
