A coworker and I went to our favorite Pho restaurant thursday evening for dinner. I had the larger size with rare beef on the side. I like to put it in the bowl and stir it around myself so it's not clumped up.
Kobe beef brisket marinating in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chili pepper flakes, mirin, freshly cracked black pepper.....to be served with jasmine rice, freshly sliced onions and mushrooms sauteed in a smidge of butter.
I was in the mood for a vegetarian dinner, and came up with this very quickly. I was so happy with it I just had to take a picture! :-)
