Part of the problem is these fucktards win auctions, then they report YOU for having the gall to list the item, and eBay takes THEIR side on it.
The best ones will actually pay you, get the item, then claim they never received it and demand a refund, and eBay will put a hold on your money till you refund the cost of the item. They don't even demand the person send the item back anymore.
And don't get me started on their policy of charging you for shipping, AND THEN taking their cut of the shipping off the top of the sale of your item. So they charge you TWICE.
