I have this blinding pain but it's internal so I can't physically see th wound. SO every night I cut myself in the same spot, a little bit deeper each time. With doing this I can see and openw ound, which I then reflect my pain and hurt to. To see myself bleeding, it's just as good as watching my broken heart attmept to pump every day.
