okay, the last entry was me being whiny. i know some absolute sweethearts. i guess i just haven't been swept off my feet yet. or met anyone who followed through.

either it's an awkward boy or an intoxicated hook-up. i haven't been able to find anyone in between, and there are assholes on both ends of the spectrum.

**there's also dj klotz, who manages to be both. haha.

when i'm occupied-- contented-- happy, even-- i write less.
(dear god, i hope my writing wasn't just an instrument i used for complaining.)

i'm so happy.
life isn't perfect by a long shot, but i know so many funny, intelligent, caring, genuine people with the capacity for commitment to each other that i don't think it gets much better than this. (although working laundry machines would be nice.)
