Did you two get legally married? Did you go with a justice of the peace?

yep! we got legally married, but we didn't need the justice of the peace or a religious figure or anything. we got a self-uniting marriage license (it's only available in pennsylvania because of the quakers/amish. it's kind of awesome), so basically they gave us a license, we had to sign it, and get two witnesses to sign it. once we mail the one thing back in, it's official. it was really easy.
