First day back at the gym. Felt good, in a way that I hadn't felt for a while. Starting light, focused more on cardio than on weights for the next two weeks. Bought some supliments from popeye's down on yonge street, for a reasonable amount.
Today was chest and triceps, going back tomorrow to squash my back and biceps.

Forearms sore. Extensor digitorum killing me on the left. Slight dislocation of lunate on left, probably due to extressive strain placed on it by overwrought extensors. Not particularly unusual for me though. Kinda hurts to type. Ho. Hum.

That was odd.

It's been a week of lots to do, mostly filled with painting and moving and... well... that's about it. Everything is moderatly settled in my room now, and things are looked up. Went bak to the old apartment to throw out my old chair and desk, and do some random last minute moving out stuff, and now, it is no longer mine. I feel pretty good about ( Read more... )
