Pansexual is attracted to people regardless of gender. Sort of like a bisexual, but a pansexual uses “pan” because they recognize there are more than two genders.
Cissexual (or cisexual) is the opposite of transsexual (or transexual). “Cis-Atlantic” means “on the same side of the Atlantic”, and “trans-Atlantic” means “across the Atlantic”, if that helps.
Cisgendered is basically the same thing as cissexual. I think that generally one uses cisgendered because “transsexual” implies taking some sort of action to make one's genitalia resemble the ones that go with one's gender, and a cisgendered person really doesn't have to do that.
