Well, I feel like complete crap...I have a cold/flu which sucks and purging all weekend and stuff didn't help me feel better. From Friday-Tuesday night I b/ped a total of 19x. This weekend has been horrible for me. I ate so much this weekend and didn't purge anything..what was I thinking??? I only purged like 3x on Friday and maybe 1x during the weekend. My family came home from Ocean City today...which sucks...I really enjoyed having no one around. argh!!! But nonetheless, on a better note, I The Notebook today and it is sooOoOoOooOo good!!! Ugh, I have been doing so bad...all I have been doing all week is b/ping...I feel so fat...I am too scared to weigh myself to even see how fat I am. I don't even feel like posting because its not like I have anything good to write. I kept in 4 or 5 rice cakes last night...3 had peanut butter on them...I feel so horrible about them. My family is all out in Coney Island now, and all I have been doing all day is binging and purging...while i wait for my friends to come over. Well, I haven't been online lately, so I haven't been able to update my journal in awhile and look at all my communities I belong to lol. Well, I finally reached my first goal weight.
